Instructions: 1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Knead into a dough and set aside. 2. Roll out the dough into a circle, about ¼ inch thick. Cook in a pan with a little butter or oil until both sides are golden. Set aside. 3. In a small pot, heat oil. Add chopped onion, garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes. 4. Add rice and stir. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then cover and lower the heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and fluff the rice. 5. Heat the Butter Chickpeas & Veggies in a pan until hot. 6. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cumin, and lemon juice to make a sauce. 7. To build the burrito: Lay out the naan, add rice, chickpeas and veggies, cucumber, tomato, onion, and the yogurt sauce. 8. Fold into a burrito, wrap in foil, slice, and enjoy!
