What you need

red onion

tsp baking powder

pinch black pepper
cup basmati rice
tsp salt
cup flour

cucumber

clove garlic clove

cup water

fl oz lemon juice

tsp turmeric powder

tsp ground cumin

tomato

tbsp oil
Instructions
Instructions: 1. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and Greek yogurt in a bowl. Knead into a dough and set aside. 2. Roll out the dough into a circle, about ¼ inch thick. Cook in a pan with a little butter or oil until both sides are golden. Set aside. 3. In a small pot, heat oil. Add chopped onion, garlic, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes. 4. Add rice and stir. Pour in water, bring to a boil, then cover and lower the heat. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn off heat and fluff the rice. 5. Heat the Butter Chickpeas & Veggies in a pan until hot. 6. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cumin, and lemon juice to make a sauce. 7. To build the burrito: Lay out the naan, add rice, chickpeas and veggies, cucumber, tomato, onion, and the yogurt sauce. 8. Fold into a burrito, wrap in foil, slice, and enjoy!View original recipe
